Are you looking to have a drink in a hip, modern, with a retro twist new place in the neighborhood? Look no further this place is for you. It's quiet, literally in the neighborhood and stylish. I had a pour over and a piece of chocolate powdered pastry in the corner of the café. The location of this place and its window facing the setting sun makes perfect for those magazine like coffee photos. Swipe for photos.
One thing I noticed, I stayed there long enough to feel my coffee get colder. I recommend drinking your coffee a little quicker if you want to keep your coffee warm :)
    Free wifi.
This place is sure to make you feel welcom

Oooooh, this place is wonderful. Tucked away on the lower east side is this gorgeous cafe.

Sleek, Scandinavian design- lots of black, white, wood and brass accents. Lots of plants. It's light, airy but still cozy and intimate.

Our barista was super kind and sweet and offered suggestions. We got a decaf americano and a chai apple cider. We also split a rosemary and sea-salt bagel- YUM.

We snagged a booth upstairs and it was a perfect little nook to get some work done. We will be back!

We stopped in for dinner recently and have had breakfast a couple more times including today. Dinner was interesting. The best part was the chef, he came to the table, sat with us and it was so personal. The food was done well, creative options and it was a great experience; let's just say I did leave hungry.

Breakfast...this is why I've dropped a couple stars on the review. The quality has dropped and its been like that both subsequent times we've gone. The morning beverages have still been good but the food has been nothing like the early visits. The biscuits, although warm, have been hard, dense and greasy. The only redeeming part was the perfect raspberry jam with the biscuit, not too sweet. Today's presentation of both of our plates was nonexistent. My partner tried the breakfast sammie today and it was pretty bad - McDonald's can do better and I feel awful saying that. It was an egg, cheddar that melted weird, sausage and a overcooked greasy hashbrown patty on a plain English muffin. It was quite underwhelming and tasted...fine. For the price, I wouldn't recommend getting a snack with your coffee or tea, just stick with drinks.

A delight every time we visit! The coffee is of course magnificent and often there are inventive, seasonal options. The food options aren't super extensive but everything they have is delicious. The space itself is brightly filled with natural light and has a very minimal vibe that is still welcoming and cozy. If you haven't been, you're missing out!

I love this little corner cafe spot! My experience here is always so wonderful. The simplicity of the space is very relaxing and modern.

They serve Pilcrow coffee (a Milwaukee FAV), and offer oat milk as an alternative dairy option... therefore, my lattes are smooth and amazing. In addition to their coffee offerings, they have beer, wine, and spirits. I definitely need to give one of their cocktails a try!

Their food menu is small, but intentional. You can tell their priority is to use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Because of this, their menu is never the same. I love that! Something new and seasonal to try each time. Small plates + shareable dishes! If you get a chance to try their chocolate chip banana bread, do it. You'll never appreciate a bakery item more.

Happy to post up here with my laptop for a few hours or enjoy the company of friends over a cup of coffee. I recommend the same to all.
